The contents represent the various levels of government, courts and organizations that are directly connected to the courthouse. Those being: County of Elgin, City of St. Thomas, Province of Ontario, Ontario Court of Justice, Legal Aid Ontario, Ontario Crown Attorneys Association, Aylmer Police Services, City of St. Thomas Police Services, Ontario Provincial Police, Superior Court of Justice and Victims and Vulnerable Persons Division. Their contributions are shown below.
